The space is rentable on a daily basis, $150/day, one day per week minimum. This includes dedicated use of the space and equipment plus monthly storage, energy, wifi, and basic cleaning. Being able to keep everything you need on-site is a huge convenience that makes this an awesome option for anyone currently using a shared commercial kitchen space.
2400 sq ft, approximately 800 sq ft of dedicated kitchen space, the rest is flex space for office/packaging/shipping/warehousing/etc.
Double entry to fit pallet-sizes of material/ingredients/etc. (Delivery trucks will require gate lift)
