Vendor Agreement
By submitting a vendor application, you confirm that you are authorized to apply on behalf of the Vendor and that all information provided is accurate.
You also acknowledge that:

The OFF Market is a juried, outdoor, rain-or-shine event.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Accepted Vendors must follow all Event rules, safety procedures, licensing requirements, load-in instructions, and operating policies.

Vendor fees are subject to the cancellation and refund terms outlined in the Vendor Participation & License Agreement.

Vendors are responsible for their booth, merchandise, equipment, employees, permits, taxes, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws.

Participation is at the Vendor’s own risk.

The OFF Market may modify booth assignments or Event procedures when needed for safety or operations.

Electronic acceptance of these terms was agreed upon completion of the application and is intended to serve as a legally binding signature.
